Most "online tool" sites make you hunt across a dozen ad-choked pages just to merge a PDF, resize an image, or format some JSON. We built SaaSToolz to fix that: one place, more than 100 tools, free to use, no account required for the everyday jobs.
This post is the short tour: what's here, how the tools handle your files, what the limits are, and where to start.
What's here
SaaSToolz is organized into a few broad categories:
- PDF Tools: merge, split, compress, convert, sign, watermark, OCR, and more
- Image Tools: compress, resize, crop, convert formats, strip metadata, make QR codes and favicons
- Audio Tools: convert formats, add watermarks
- Developer Tools: formatters, minifiers, encoders, generators, a regex tester
- Calculators: everything from BMI and loan EMI to Zakat and unit conversion
- Design Tools: color palettes, gradients, CSS generators
- SEO Tools: meta tag, robots.txt and sitemap generators, structured data helpers
- Writing Tools: word counters, case converters, an invoice generator, a resume builder
If you've ever needed to quickly merge a couple of PDFs before an email, or check what a JWT actually contains, there's a good chance it's already here.
How your files are handled
A few tools, such as the Invoice Generator, JSON Viewer and Unit Converter, run entirely in your browser, so what you type never leaves your device. The rest, including PDF compression, merging and OCR, process your input on our servers: text and files are handled in memory, and uploaded files are deleted within an hour.
We keep simple usage statistics, such as which tools are used and how often, so we know what to improve. Our Privacy Policy explains exactly what we collect.
Why free, and what the limits are
There's no paywall on the tools themselves. We show ads on some pages to keep the site running, and a small set of AI-powered tools sit behind an optional Pro plan.
To keep the servers fast for everyone, tools that run on our servers have fair-use limits:
- Daily uses: 3 uses per tool per day without an account, 10 per tool per day with a free account. Tools that run entirely in your browser don't count against this.
- File size: up to 20 MB per file without an account, 30 MB with a free account, and 100 MB on Pro.
Signing in takes one click with Google and unlocks the higher limits.
Where to start
Head to the full tool list and search for whatever you're trying to do, or jump straight into a category:
Not sure what a tool is for? Each tool page has short instructions, a guide and an FAQ. And if you'd rather learn the background first, these guides are a good start:
- The Complete Guide to Working With PDFs Online
- A Practical Guide to Image Tools
- The Technical SEO Checklist Every Site Actually Needs
- How Loan EMI Actually Works
Three ways to find the right tool
- Search. The search box on the All Tools page matches tool names, descriptions and keywords, so typing "compress", "QR" or "JSON" gets you there in a second.
- Browse by category. If you know the kind of job but not the tool, open a category page. Each one lists its tools with short descriptions and a guide to which tool fits which task.
- Start from a task. Many jobs take more than one step: scan, convert, compress, then send. The guides below walk through the common combinations, such as merging PDFs and then compressing the result, so you can follow a workflow instead of guessing.
What you get with every tool
- No watermark on anything you download.
- No signup for everyday use, and no email wall before you get your result.
- Plain instructions on each tool page, with a short guide and an FAQ for the questions people actually ask.
- Sensible defaults. Compression keeps quality high, conversions keep formats compatible, and generators give you clean output you can use straight away.
What we publish here
The blog is where we explain the ideas behind the tools: how compression works, what's really inside a JWT, how to write a good meta description, how to price products without losing money. Each guide links to the tools you need to try it yourself, and we add new ones regularly.
Tell us what's missing
If there's a tool you need and can't find, or one that doesn't work the way you expect, get in touch. Most of what's on SaaSToolz started as someone asking for it. Thanks for stopping by.
