PDF Signer
Add digital signatures to PDF documents
PDF Signer stamps your typed name onto a PDF in a cursive-style font, placed in the bottom-right corner of the page you choose (the last page by default) — a quick way to sign an informal document without printing, signing by hand, and scanning it back in.

Everything you need to know about signing PDFs
What does adding a signature actually do?
This places a signature (typed or drawn) directly onto a page of the PDF, at the position you choose — a straightforward way to sign a document without printing, physically signing, and re-scanning it.
When you actually need this
- Signing a contract or agreement sent to you as a PDF, without a printer on hand.
- Approving a document quickly where a full digital-signature platform would be overkill.
A note on what kind of "signature" this is
This adds a visual signature to the document — appropriate for everyday approvals and low-stakes agreements. For documents requiring a legally certified digital signature (with cryptographic verification and an audit trail), check whether your specific use case requires a dedicated e-signature platform instead.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is this a legally binding digital signature?
No — this stamps a visual signature (your typed name, styled like a signature) onto the page. It doesn't use a digital certificate and can't prove who signed or whether the document was altered afterward, unlike a certified e-signature service. For contracts or anything needing legal verification, check what your jurisdiction and the other party actually require.
Where does the signature appear on the page?
In the bottom-right corner of whichever page you choose, which defaults to the last page of the document — the conventional place for a signature line.
Can I sign more than one page?
Each run signs one chosen page. For a document needing signatures on multiple pages, run the tool again on the already-signed output, selecting a different page each time.
Does this tool send my document to a server?
Yes — your file is uploaded securely, stamped, and deleted from our servers within 1 hour.
Is this tool free to use?
Yes — completely free, with no signup and no watermark added beyond your own signature text.
